It looks just amazing how you do the forms and i have learned from these videos a lot. It is very pity that there is no 6th and 7th Hyong Videos available. It would be great if you record them as well. Elena

Yes, they're all highly skilled.... BUT it's so over egged, a half decent fighter would have knocked them out after the first technique. I did ITF TKD for 20 years, so I do know what I'm talking about. But I'm also better equipped having also trained in Muay Thai and Jeet Kune Do/Silat too. Mix it up. Being single styled is a bit 'cultish' during the 80s TKD instructors were paranoid about students cross training because when you went back to the class you began to see the holes in the style.

Mu Thai and JKD not care about Kata and Hyong. Such a system doesn't exist. It ist an essentiell part of traditional fight Art and helps a lot to care about a world in Peace and Not in fight. Give it a try. 24 in summary in Taekwondo. A nice alternative to social Media:)

This guy is traditional ITF tae kwon do. It basically looks like karate tong soo do chuck Norris style. That's old school. I did it to traditional tae kwon do, back in the 70s when I was a kid 74, to 84. My master was trained under general choi the founder of tae kwon do. He was one of the original students of general choi, so I was very fortunate to train under him. I got my black belt, then got out of dodge. Went into PKA, WKA kickboxing. Now I'm retired fighter. 53 and still going strong.

The snap in the GI is old school way of punching. Today its sign waves crap, that does not work. You need power, and speed, sign wave takes to long. Frankly traditinal taekwondo is better then modern day WTF and ITF

This is the Way forms should be done, not Gen. Choi Hong Hi's funny looking Sine Wave which is a waste of motion and energy.

Great Hyong, performed like Shotokan Karate Kata, wth those awesome ITF kicks are sharp, powerful with proper body kinematics. Bravo Maestro.

The BEST GE-BAEK, I have ever witnessed performed = That's the way, NOT the FREAKING Sine Wave movement that General Choi Hong HI changed later, love it the traditional way performed the Tang Soo Do way, I can see the powerful kicks, strikes, punches and blocks, this is more perfect looking than a Shotokan Kata. Kicks in Tae Kwon Do kicks are more powerful, and also has the speed of KUNG FU, distinct, elegant and scientific rather than the Japanese traditional limited diminished way of kicking. Love it. Thanks for posting.
