I withdrew from the ATM one afternoon and was given an extra $20. I went in to tell the teller and the customer in front of me had just been shorted $20. It worked out perfectly for everyone paperwork free. Since then I count the money before I pull off.

Hi Jenn! Sorry about the bank! Hope the claim get approves and you won't have to return the money! Great advice on going to the teller for big withdraw. I had a busy week and glad it is Friday. I still cannot count 50s lol Great stuffing and have an amazing weekend 😊

hey jenn great video ❤ i’ve had the same issue w the atm but with money i was depositing 😭 it swallowed my money and it was not accounted for in my acct 😭 i called them and they deposited the money! so sorry that happened, it’s frustrating 😭 i’m sure it will work out!! i’m currently trying out seamoss gel ❤

💜Sorry about the atm not giving you your money. With the bank they always have to file claims/investigations it’s part of their process. Glad they at least credited your money back some banks don’t until their investigation is completed (I use to work for bank)💜
