I have a Philips 55POS9002/12 TV. It turned off this weekend while it was working. The TV no longer turns on except the IR receiver which I think is communicating an error code. (no display of the panel / nor I think backlighting) The fuses on the power supply board are OK. No trace of components (Condo / MOSFET) burnt on the power supply board. Power supply ref: 715G8886-P01-000-004Y Have you already had similar failures on this model to give you some leads on failures? (power supply or motherboard).

am doing the same on a gifted 2009/10 macbook... nightmare job.. will not do this ever again... laptops are a PITA anyway but this is a whole new level.. Nice one Apple.. meh Thumbs up to Heztronics for posting this!!
