Hi, Thanks for the video, I found it quite informative. I have a question in regards to Invitation to Treat. Do business tenders consider as an invitation to treat? If so, is there any exception that it will become a contract?

Thanks for the question. When a business calls for tenders, that is an invitation to treat. Any vendor who makes a bid is making an offer. The business decides which bid to accept.

A condition is a pre-existing factor,that can't be changed once it happens. It becomes part and parcel of the item in question and may affect a contract (the car you want to purchase was involved in an accident some years ago)while a warranty is applied to the subject matter of the contract. (Any disfunctionality after buying a fridge we will cater)

Once a person gives a Counter Offer, he is rejecting the original Offer, so he cannot accept it again in future. Unless the other person offers it to him again.
