@danielbowen2935 are you using the aluminum cross brace that came with the kit? It kind locks the screws in better

Thanks for joining the challenge! The gear mesh doesn’t sound right. It sounds like either your mesh is too tight or you’re running a 48 dp pinion with the mod 0.6 tamiya gears. What pinion are you running?

I am sure I am using the wrong pinion. I have a 40t on a steel main gear. I think it is 48p. Any recommendations on a pinion?

@@danielbowen2935 Anything that is mod 0.6. I would grab 23T-26T. You can find these on Amazon.
