If you are concerned that you have been exposed to pesticides you can also introduce activated coconut husk charcoal into your diet and the carbon in the charcoal adsorbs to the poisons in your body and detoxifies you. Just a quick tip. Some people take a small capsule of the activated charcoal daily to remove toxins. If you use it as a compress on your skin it can also help with mosquito bites, bee stings, spider bites, snake bites, etc.

Honey has a high carb low fat content. Sort of like bread, leafy greens, and fermented foods. I want to know if they spoil like bread and leafy greens when left out in an oxidative environment due to living bacteria and high moisture. What are the side effects of honey spoiling due to oxidative stress?

Before refine sugar in india we used this only its called sugarcane jaggery or khand in India we used this for making sweets and kheer everything. Even now also in many village people used this instead of refine sugar.

We bought four eighteen-week-old ISA Brown chickens in May of 2024. They soon began laying eggs. We have gotten four eggs a day, every day since. They haven't missed laying four eggs a day for the last eight months. We are amazed. They have never shown a desire to sit on the eggs. We feed 112 grams of feed per chicken per day. The total cost of feeding them to date is about $70. By my computer calculations, we have harvested about 250 eggs since we started raising them. The feed cost is cheaper than buying eggs but our cost for the chickens is not included in my calculations. Regardless of the economics, we enjoy our chickens and would not consider getting rid of them.

It’s an accelerated plan to literally poison the population. The food wasn’t like this when I came to this country in the early 90s.

Waahing them in vinegar and special shell powdered detergent may help a little. The best is don't eat them. Grow your own food with alternative methods.

the problem is your permanent raised bed. The best way to grow potatoes is the traditional buried way, but in something you can remove rather than digging, e.g. stacks of tyres you can fill and lift off, or you could do something like saw your potato bed walls into sections and hold them in place with lumber frames and stakes. At harvest time rather than digging, just remove the supports and let the dirt fall out, revealing your taters. It also facilitates soil circulation.

HI! NEW SUB HERE! I am a stay at home mom of 3 small children and I've been very interested in starting a fruit and veggie garden at my home for quite some time. How do I find out which fruits/fruit trees are best for my area? I know that I can start some or most from store bought foods but where do I buy seeds for anything else? I'm very new to this, so please don't judge me 😂 I need help!
