I did the same but I started to grow fish trees and they keep flopping everywhere, I need help.

The bones feed the plants phosphorus, and allow roots to bind to them offering oxygen, the meat feeds the worms, fungus, and microbes. The organisms that feed on the meat then feed carbon, and CO2 to the plants roots. Also fish like carp and sunfish can have plant matter in their digestive system, this can feed the plants all types of NPKS primarily nitrogen. (:<

Some other KZbin did different things and the kitchen scraps did better than the raw bones as it takes longer to break down and turns the ground slightly acidic before being beneficial for plants

I thought they regulated that practice after many bees were exposed to the sprayer

Never bury fish carcasses in the planted bed if you have rodent problem. Rodents will tear up your bed.

I got stuck by a partially composted fish bone. Two days later I needed my thumb surgically split open to alleviate blood poisoning.

I don't think that works in Canada where they got six or more months of winter

Compost waste first. Burying it risks growing harmful bacteria

When my son had a goldfish tank I would dump 1/3 the water weekly into my garden. When a fish died it would be buried near the roots of my miniature roses. Never had to buy fertilizer.

Brazilian here. I live in southeastern region (state of São Paulo) and it’s not uncommon to find people selling the cane juice in the street, which can also be called “garapa” (at least that’s the common name in my region). I recommend squeezing some lime on the juice and putting a few ice cubes to drink it, makes it much better and less sweet, in case you are not much of sweet lover or, just like myself, enjoy putting lime/lemon on everything

Thank you for posting this valuable health warning - you're still knocking it outta the park! We live in Canada so the growing season is at best only half the year. These days I grow in big tubs as tree roots have taken over my veggie garden - & at 78 it's much easier for me. Also I grow sprouts in jars during the winter. A new crop has just become available: collard greens! You can get almost 2 cups of sprouts in 5 days from 2 tblsp of seed - great for salads & sandwiches. 🤩🙋🏼♀️😘
