Realistically at the end of the manga it's very hard to say who's currently the strongest in the verse, with yuji being a strong contender because of multiple factors. - Yuji has one of if not the highest base physical strengths shown in the entire show, this is of course also reflected in his durability being capable of tanking multiple cleaves from sukuna. He has access to powerful reversed curse technique which he uses to heal the wounds he does receive from sukuna's techniques. - He has shown his incredible ability to consecutively land black flashes, and is stated to be the only sorcerer in history to land as many as he has done. Yuji has incredible mastery of multiple cursed techniques, being Blood manipulation (Choso) and Shrine/Cleave/Dismantle (Sukuna). - His ability to create and hold a simple domain is also incredibly powerful as he managed to withstand sukuna's malevolent shrine for almost 100 seconds because of it. - He has also shown that he is capable of forming his own domain which he creates by imbuing the shrine cursed technique he has into the barrier surrounding the domain itself. He uses this domain against sukuna which ends in the sure hit of the domain revealing itself to be a Soul dismantle. All in all Yuji possesses incredible fighting abilities, and I believe that the level he reaches by the end of his fight with Sukuna is far greater than most characters we've seen. Yuji ends up winning the fight with Sukuna with INSANE difficulty, but I still believe full power sukuna and full power satoru gojo scale above him. My top 3 in the verse as of current would be 1. Ryomen Sukuna (true form, not vessel) 2. Satoru Gojo 3. Either Yuji Itadori OR Yuta Okkotsu. There are other variables for these rankings with characters like Hakari, but considering the unfortunately anticlimactic ending to his fight with uraume, we didn't actually get to see much of his true potential. Another character would be Kenjaku as he was shown to be incredibly powerful by himself in his fight against special grade sorcerer Yuki Tsukumo, but I don't think he has what it takes to reach top 3.
