What’s that technique I see you use when you semi-prime, slam attack and cancel almost instantly. I tried it myself but I can never manage to do it within the small window I see you do it.

@@WillBlanchard-go4qu I think you’re talking about the Limit Break Jump Cancel with Downthrust! Get Near to the Enemy in the air, Start Limit Break, and Press Downthrust as fast as possible after pressing Limit Break. Just Jumping out of Limit Break costs more of the meter, but Downthrust does the cancel for you with less meter!

Finally, a player with some ACTUAL SKILL, and doesn't just spend the whole fight behind stunlocking, shiva freezing, rift slips and max level Zantetsuken. I find myself so much more entertained by you out of all of the no damage KZbinrs. My dad and I have played this game and he always sacks on me for having low dodging skill after watching you I feel inspired to git gud now. Have you ever done a no damaged with the titanic counter? One little thing I've noticed is that at 6:19, Odin's eyes are bloodshot. Or it's just the lighting but I always found that to be a cool detail. Also I get that there is the possible Barnabas being the servant of Ultima and that's why is mouth is not shown while semi-primed but I think it would've been cool to see a no full helmet semi-prime of Odin. Following the Odin logic would Leviathan's semi-prime just be a fish head 🤣.

@@WillBlanchard-go4qu Thank you, glad you enjoyed these videos! With Titanic Block No Damage, here’s some videos of mine to look at. Sekhret, Thalaos, Gizamaluk, Ultima Build 2 (Iron Giant), Sigma, Egi Sisters, and Ten of Clubs. Another fun idea with Titan is combining the Raging Fist Block (Just the block part) with Rift Slip or Limit Break immediately after a block to get a block with just an ability. Frees up a Eikonic Trait Slot if you want to use other Eikons. Kuza Beast, Sleipnir, and Hreidmar are my key examples. Have fun expressing yourself in Final Fantasy XVI! Go get ‘em No Damages!

@@terryyee4271 Thank you so much! This Kairos Gate video took about 2 weeks of work and focused effort to balance style and point efficiency! Challenging myself to make the combat look great was the greatest reward. While the game doesn’t necessarily push for that (minus the Medals of Valor and S Ranks), players can always challenge themselves to do so. Overcoming self challenges is one of the my favorite qualities in FFXVI! Such a great experience.

Such a dope ass game but they should’ve updated the ending cause with the dlc of Leviathan and Clive getting ultima power too, Clive should’ve been alive cause he has all 8 powers plus ultimas but than again idk 🤷🏾♂️ . He only die due to not having leviathan power so he wasn’t complete. But ehhh I digress, W VIDEO AND GREAT VIDEO OVERALL! Thank you for watching all the content. It was so much fun to make content for FFXVI, and I enjoyed sharing the experience with everyone. For the plans, I have one last video for FFXVI, a tutorial of all the mechanics that I’ve learned, and after that, I have to crack down on getting a job, taking tests and making connections. That sort of deal. If another crazy good video game comes out, I may give video content, but that will depend on how life treats me. Til’ Next Time!

Great job editing all those different fights together to make a seamless, all-eikon finale. No better sendoff to this run then putting all the builds and skills you've acquired together, all as one, to the test against Ultima and show him the strength of your will.

This video is the last No Damage Run. Glad you enjoyed a lot of the videos! One more video remains, my tutorial for FFXVI’s mechanics. Apparently the content planned was too much for one week, and the finale gave me one last idea that I’ll be adding to the video. Thinking of the tutorial like an epilogue helps a bit. The journey was incredible, and I feel sad as well that it’s over.

That is why we will be different from Ultima. We are in this life together, and we as individuals can still come together. Ultima and Humans experience fear, but banding together pushes us through. I love this game’s message.

Mhm, and exerting passion into those final blows to Ultima proves the player’s power in their will. Ultimalius remains my favorite fight in the game for that message alone. I wanted this fight to be one of the best, and by the end, it turned out great. I’m going to miss mastering this video game, as it’s time to move onto the tutorial video and just life. I only hope that you and many others have enjoyed the journey, and always remember to give it your all.

Never thought to use rift slip in the middle of the Rook's Gambit to land that parry! Does it work well against other attacks?

Rook’s Gambit into a Rift Slip Parry works well against most ramming attacks, with the exception being the ramming attacks without a parriable hitbox. Sometimes combo attacks like Flan’s double spin attack, Executioner’s double swing, and Sleipnir’s Spear Combo can be parried after Rook’s Gambit with either Rift Slip or Limit Break Downthrust. The main theory for Rook’s Gambit Parry is if the attack still will be active even after the counter. I am working on a tutorial video for the concept soon! ><

Beyond the stellar performance I’m most impressed that you’re fitting Ultimate use into some of these stages. Given my understanding of the score system it would’ve been really easy to ignore Ultimates entirely for more score efficient skills

Right, Ultimates have to be used sparingly in Arcade Mode to break even the points to their damage, but in Kairos Gate, the boons and setting up x3.0 technical bonus allow opportunities for a wave clear or neat combo. Thank you so much for watching.

@@tamarcussingleton9251 For Each Stage, the score may depend, so I’ll try to explain clearly how to manage the points. For many of the regular stages at the start, 3 Million Points or higher and the 1.5x Time Bonus will help get a S Rank. That’s what I know for certain. Score Bonus, Stagger Score Bonus, Eikonic Ability Score Bonus (Circles XI-XX) and Counter Potency were very helpful to inflate points. Limit Break Air Combo, quick Eikonic Abilities During Stagger, Thunderstorms/Windup on single targets, and Collateral Abilities with a good technical bonus bring in a large sum of points. For as many large damage options you use (Gigaflare or Lightning Rod for example), balance it with abilities/attacks that build points.

As Clive would say “This won’t take long.” After defeating the shadow within “Took longer than I liked.” I don’t know if you can change the description but for fighting fire with fire use this line from Ultima “With fire shall fire be repaid!” But damn man you definitely obliterated kairos gate from this gameplay

🔥That was bloody fantastic dude. I haven't watched many versions of this fight, but out of all the ones I have, this one definitely shines through. I think you're the only one I've seen whose using the charged shot s for evading an attack in this fight. I loved your playstyle on this, very varied, and combos were super cool. I liked your use of wildfire as well, it's something I personally underutilized. At 5:51, this is first I've seen of that, dodging and then doing a stomp, looked super clean. P.S - Not gonna lie, that thumbnail looks epic, is that even in game lol?

When Leviathan does one of their charges, I used a Precision Brimstone to get a close-up photo of the two.
