Chances are there need clinical evaluation ..consult ent surgeon and neurophysician to rule out bppv .if they diagnosed as bppv then we can plan for rehabilitation ..sure

Here in indian country fibromyalgia awareness is limited so no speacial lab or any investigations to identify this is by specifically symptoms hstory of your problems there are questionaire to grade ....and need good experienced clinical neurologist to confirm diagnosis

Sr even i have fibromyalgia i tried all medications and it didn't work on me so i tried trigger point injections which s giving relief but i am not sure that i have permanent relief or not

Fibromyalgia is a chronic centralised pain . So we need assessments to check the confirmed diagnosis and seggregate which type of pain you are having according to that you may need multidisciplinary team management .if you have releif withwith trigger point injections it's fine .if you have recurrences then we can see. சார் வணக்கம் 25வருடங்களுக்கு பின் இப்போதுதான் எனக்கு fibromyalgia என்கிறார்கள் மருத்துவர்கள்.மனநல மருந்தும் எடுக்க சொல்கிறார்.எடுத்து கொள்கிறேன்.எல்லா மருத்துவரிடமும் முதல் கேள்வியாக கேட்பேன் ஏன் எனக்கு இப்படி வலிக்கிறது என்ன காரணம் என்று. வெயிட் காரணம் என்பார்கள்.டெஸ்ட் எடுப்பார்.வலியை கேட்டு சிரித்த டாக்டர்ஸ் உண்டு.இன்று சரிவர இயங்க முடியவில்லை.நோய் பெயர் தெரிய இவ்வளவு வருடங்கள். சரியாது என்றும்மருந்து எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்.வழி இருந்தால் சொல்லி உதவுங்கள்.நன்றி. வாழ்க வளமுடன் உலக மக்கள் அனைவரும்.

Please check if pain over back along with below knee pain means its radiating from back if its alone below knee pain on both legs it may be vascular pain or neurological.or musculoskeletal pain so check near by general physician first sir .or contact me
