what a beautiful video, so picturesque and many bright colors, love love love the visuals, the vulnerability, and the profound message, even the call to action to talk more about these things which some of us are going through obliviously, not realizing how much is really going on. Thank you for sharing Lex ❤

Wow! Thank you for sharing a part of the Netherlands with us. It’s picturesque to say the least. I know this is also a challenging time for you physically and mentally as you walk this path through menopause. But it’s a part of life and is preparing you for the new you. But take.comfort in knowing that you are doing the right things; journaling, walking, taking care of yourself, and keeping busy. Take it easy on yourself while you take this journey. Certain family and friends helps. So glad you were able to spend some time with your daughter. But tty to enjoy this course. This too shall one day pass. Really enjoying your videos. ☀️🌺🤗

6:52 You’re so right about the lack of conversation surrounding women going through midlife changes beyond the clinical acknowledgement of peri/menopause. Not much is spoken about the internal/emotional changes. This is a wonderful time to lean on those who love you the most. Thank you for your vulnerability and sharing this beautiful footage ❤️

I fully agree with you. Something is missing, especially in girlhood (that's what I've felt these past few months)... I realize it wasn't somebody's fault-it was just a part of my life. I guess:) So I started to learn about it and get used to it. By the end of the day, I knew everything had its paths, so forcing myself to do what the universe didn't wish to do would never happen.
