Where to begin? That's heme, not blood. You shouldn't wash your beef. Beef wasn't browned and looks dry. It should either be barely cooked or cooked to death to be tender. Completely skipped the step of adding the water/broth/shrimp/lobster. Seafood is most likely woefully overcooked by the end but there's no way to know since you don't give cooking times. Needs improvement.

I give this a thumbs up. But. The beef is dry and grainy and the shrimp are so overcooked they make an "O" shape. A good way to tell when shrimp is done is when it makes a "C" shape. As for the beef, I saw you cut against the grain but the meat is still dry. There is hardly any stew to eat it with, too. Put half a pot roast in a crockpot for 8 to 10 hours on low. Add your seasoning and let it cook. Then taking all of that beef broth, make your stew. For better results, sear the potroast in a pot so you get brown/caramelized coloring on all sides. Keep it piping hot so you can sear it.
