I shed tears for Austin. The defense attorney worked him up on purpose to diffuse the fact he was victim blaming!

She was way more concerned with the way the students at school would judge her and her cats... Scoffing innocence in a way ive not really seen before... Its a combination of narcissistic and reality denial with a hint of psychopath. Its either she didnt do it or did it without realizing... Or she tortured her poor pops for at worst being a drunk. Which the Austin was pretty defensive about. She said that she had to care for him not that he beat her so this was elder abuse or abusing an intoxicated person (which is pure evil no matter if its a 55 year old man and a drunk girl or a drunk 55 year old man and his daughter pouring lye on her immobile or incapacitated father) the method was killing him over months of degrading until death. Its actually gonna be a famous case im sure once picked up... I do live under a rock so maybe its already known. Im shocked and thoughts are with Austin and his homie 👊🏻

This trial actually took place last year (June '23.) It did get some attention at the time but I thought it was a good one to revisit and feature here. Look forward to your thoughts on the remaining installments. 👊

Strong young man put in a very terrible situation. Hes honest and is protective of his family 👊🏻 puke defence attorney just doing his job. I appreciate the anger from Austin. God bless he and his sister. Dads in heaven. The very hardest thing is forgiveness. 👊🏻 Edit: Mr Lucas conducted himself like a loyal friend to Austin and Conrad. The strong and concise statement to clearly outline what is only to be assumed a tragic, horrifying crime and overreaction.

2 things can be true at once: Someone can have an addiction and also be a nice and caring person. Doesn't sound like the attorney was trying to imply that his dad wasn't...

I will say... both attorneys work quite slowly. I made a lot of cuts in this video. However, I think they put up a bigger fight than those in the previous 2 trials, so I can't knock them for that.

You're so kind and such a great supporter, people are gonna start to suspect you're me under an alt account 🤣Thank you again. But yes! I guess the vibe we're going for is like a book club, but with trials haha. I'm a huge fan of some commentary channels but I like to absorb everything on my own first. Live chats are overwhelming, great discussions typically only happen in the comments sections, and sitting through sidebars, recesses, and lunch breaks are torture!

I didn’t see parts 1 thru 10 but if this is the accused he is very strange. Hearing all of these gruesome details seems to not disturb him in the least. He appears so calm and casual like seeing whatever is on that screen is a movie he’s watching and all he needs is popcorn. This cat is the creepiest ever. I hope whatever happened when/if he’s been sentenced that he got the death penalty. Anyone who does this kind of thing doesn’t belong on the face of this earth. I wouldn’t even trust him among the most dangerous criminals even in a supermax prison.
@TheTrialChannel_16 күн бұрын
He is SOO creepy! I'm not sure why, but this was not a capital case so he did get life. I can't imagine how he fits in with prison dynamics but I do think that he's very much a coward so hopefully HE's the one who's scared...
