To me, Serana is the least follower, i ever wanted! It is not about how powerful someone is or how much damage someone deals, Followers, you, the player has to "endure" all day long! What am i trying to say is: I CANNOT STAND SERANAS DEPRESSINGLY, ANNOYING COMPLAINING ABOUT ... EVERYTHING! To have her monotic, depressive voice in my ears all day long is ... ARGGHHHH! The "Best Follower" relates to what your plans are ; if you want to infiltrate a dungeon, secretly, Jenassa would be my choice. Even that she is not the strongest of them all. *A ranking of all the followers, related to the many different playstyles would be Great! ... mostly these rankings are too superficial

Serana and pets dont mix well, whenever i take a dog with me serana always accidently hits it with her magic and they end up fighting which will end up with the dog being killed. So if i take serana there will be no pets. I prefer j'zargo, he doesnt accidently hit pets with you so he's good

Clearly these statistics do not reflect popularity of the games because thats absolutely laughable that by the end of the clip fallout 76 is "more popular" than fallout new vegas or fallout 3. Fallout 76 is pretty universally disliked in the fallout community. Ofc there are those who like it but not many and everyone knows that. While fallout NV has the largest community of fans that completely idolize the game. Fallout 3 also certainly has alot more die hard fans than 76. Fallout 3 was a major success for bethesda and blew the company up while fallout 76 was a distaster for them and hurt their reputation. Companies have to realize that good or bad your game is gonna sell alot if it has a large fan base from previous entries being popular. Just because it sells alot does not mean you did something right and made a good game and should keep going in that direction. It wouldve sold alot no matter what cuz its a fallout game and people love fallout. But it couldve been much much higher in sales and wouldve gave the company momentum instead of hurting their rep if they made a good game. The games should be made more true to the ones that made the IP so popular to begin with. They have so much potential at their fingertips and they squander it and it doesnt matter to them cuz their brand is so successful at this point no matter what. Their best stuff was made when they didnt have so much security and had a much smaller team. The company seemed to drastically change after skyrim because of the success. When your studio and job is on the line youll make a better game. And when its a smaller team there is going to be more passion.

A more apropritate title would be "most popular zenimax media games" since half those games are not made my bethesda but bethesda's sister comapnies Arkane, id, and MachineGames which all share zenimax media as their parent company. Except fallout new vegas which was outsourced to obsidan but ig you could still say its a bethesda game since bethesda owns the IP but technically zenimax owns the IP since they own bethesda. The only games on this list that are actually made by bethesda game studios are morrowind, oblivion, skyrim, and fallouts 3, 4, and 76. ESO was made by zenimax online which is a subdivison of zenimax media. Actually come to think of it these titles are technically all owned by microsoft now since microsoft baught zenimax media.
