View Talay 5 is in a great location close to the dongtan beach and close to the baht bus route 👌 . In the building the first floor has many offices some useful ones like massage and markets. I like this condominium 👍

@donnabosilkovski7580 pratumnak area condos are more expensive than jomtien condos. There is pattaya park night market and pattaya Water Park 👌. But you need to drive a motorbike or call a bolt or grab it because there is no baht bus in the pratumnak area. Wongamat Beach is in Naklua next to Soi 18, and I can say that in nakluanyou can find many luxury condos around wongamat Beach, but rent is higher than other areas. Pattaya's viewpoint is a great place to see all pattaya from the top of the hill. Try Jomtien Night Market on the Jomtien Beach Road after 6 pm for a nice atmosphere and tasty food. Probably you know or heard Walking Street, but you should go Soi buakhao, especially around Tree Town, and check new beer bar street "MYTH Night" opposite of festival central on the second road.👍
