Thanks for sharing that. I have seen some other cameras show card full or insert card when it has a card in there and I’ve formatted it already. I try a different card or even a different brand of SD card and it works. I don’t know what could change if the camera was working then you remove the card and reinsert it. Do you turn off the camera before taking the card out? I know that can cause an error sometimes. I would really just like to keep it simple and not have to bother with the nonsense sometimes. This is why I prefer stand alone cameras without WiFi or cellular but even so, each camera has its strengths and weaknesses. I ordered 3 cameras from a company once and they sent a free micro SD card and card reader with each camera but none of the SD cards worked in any of my cameras. Glad they were ‘free’ <insert sarcasm here> lol!

Hi George! The battery has never been replaced on this feeder the solar panel does its job well. Not too many Bucks this season for us. Congrats on your new granddaughter and hope your daughter is now okay. Sorry to hear about your aunt’s passing. You are still requiring wound care? That is terrible. Is it better at all? Did the surgeries help? Bad timing for the heater! We actually have snow on the ground this morning. Didn’t last too long outside this morning. Not used to the cold at all. I walked out and checked the feeders and then filled all the bird feeders. My husband got fresh water to all our animals. Anyways just staying inside. @trailcameratexaswildlife9526 My daughter is good now, still sore, but that's expected. The surgery seems have helped. The night my daughter was giving birth, I didn't sleep at all a d was on my feet or sitting upright, and my right lower leg got swollen for the first time since getting my casts off. After sleeping the next day all was fine. The night before I was upright all night and didn't sleep... was talking with my cousin all night.... she was my aunt's only child, and she took it all very hard. The day of the funeral, we had a pretty good snow storm that dumped about eight inches of snow. After church when leaving for the cemetery, I stepped out of my wife's Land Rover (passenger side), and when I planted my right foot getting out, it slide under the open door. It hurt for a few minutes, but didn't thing it was bad. After the cemetery, at the restaurant luncheon, I felt a wet trickle going down my shin. When I got home, I realized I had a good scrap on my shin, about five inches. Now it has become infected. My appointment was cancelled because of yesterday's storm, and I have to reschedule tomorrow. Hope to see the doctor Friday. Also, my right leg is starting to swell again, after not needing compression wraps or anything sence getting the casts off. Perhaps I'm over doing it, too soon. @trailcameratexaswildlife9526 Our heat was fixed yesterday morning (Tuesday). Good thing... at 6:30 AM, our first floor was at 56F. with three good space heaters going. Heat guy arrived at 10:30 AM and got it going. It had gotten down to 9 F. with a wind chill/feels like temperature of - 8 F. I have no idea what going on... have collected my cameras that I wanted to get Christmas week, and I'm not going out into the woods or back of the property until it warms up. Suppose to be warmer by the weekend. My friend Pete was telling me about the weather you guys are getting. Hey... I can't take the cold much anymore. So I can understand how you feel... 🥶 Take care.

Not sure if I can rate the three best because I own a limited amount of camera models lol! My favorite camera is the Browning Spec Ops Elite HP5. I have never had a Browning leak but have had a Victure and one CamPark leak. All the plastic and seals on cameras can become weak/brittle in our excessive heat extremes in Texas. I have had lens covers crack after about 4years and need replacing. Also regarding battery life. Some people will use lithium batteries or even rechargeables if the camera allows. The camera used in this video has a browning solar panel in use at this time of year. The solar panels all required new batteries this year so in a few years they need a set of NiMh batteries.

Hi there, thanks for your comment. Every camera has pros and cons and some pros may be a con for some people and a con a pro. That is the initial frame of the video we are seeing as a picture like a frozen frame. I was hopeful there would be an update to fix this but doesn’t seem to be so they can pretend this is normal I guess. When I emailed them I was told yes that is normal for this camera. I still think they should have listed modes on box and on their website as Photo and Photo/Video Modes so there was no confusion. I have seen no other cameras like this before. I just go through my camera roll and delete all those shots because I only use video mode. I do not use it in the higher wildlife traffic sites bc of that reason though. Anyways it is a minor annoyance to me but not an end all kind of thing. I think they will likely not keep making that line but if they do maybe there will be changes? Anyways we should see the new 2025 Browning cameras soon enough. I suspect more cellular cams which is not my interest due to monthly plan expenses but plenty of people use them. Happy New Year.
