My brother, a better development for you would be to quit the redpill ideology rather than quitting p*rn. Peace.

NO worries brah. Porn is actually GOOD for you. It makes me feel AWESOME. Since I do not have a girl-like you. I "relapse" TWICe a day-every day with porn.😁

Hi, I just stumbled across your chanel and I have a question. Will you ever introduce masturbation into your life again obviously no porn? Regards Barry Ps thanks for honest videos

Probably not man, I don’t really see a reason too atm. Thanks for watching the vids. Are you currently trying to quit?

@GrindTime247 hi, I'm not and I've no addiction to porn. I do enjoy self pleasure, but not a quicky, but more giving pleasure to me. Physically I enjoy it. Some call it conscious masturbation.

Hello fam. I just relapsed exactly same time this video posted . I was looking for a nofap motivational video. Glad I found you. I’m sick with this tbh. Keep relapsing after couple of week of progress. Trust me fr I won’t relapse for a year from now. I’ll be back after that here when I reach a year streak. Keep posting motivational video brother. Subscribed 💪 we keep going 💯

I get where you're coming from in terms of 'that's disgusting', for me it was moreso, literally acting like a child. A child would LITERALLY find stuff like porn disgusting.❤, that's how I dealt with it when I first came to Christ too :)

That is one small factor, yes, but anxiety is extremely much more complex than that. Even with perfect nutrition, people can suffer from periods or events of extreme negative conditioning, trauma, which their nervous system remebers as long as a correcting, positive relearning experience happens. Downvoted for the reductionistic and absolutist claim.

@@GrindTime247 the fuck is that supposed to mean? Your channel is utter crap and never will be something because you're an infantile child with no knowledge or original, creative thought of your own. You just literally repeat what others say and repackage it under your own name. You won't achieve anything like this. The (lack of) amount of views & subscribers speaks for itself. Rethink how to come up with something original, or you'll be stuck in this ponzi scheme of distributing the literal message of what other, bigger influencers are talking about

This is such an interesting take and shows how everyone deals with things differently, especially about the drinking coffee before going to the gym part. Personally, I'm just scared that I would be dependent on it and eventually get addicted, what helps me is I like to watch videos of people that have the body that I'm working out for before I go and exercise, but, I feel like at this point, I can do it without always having to watch videos. Like, it's become a habit, there are days that are very difficult though. But, we have no choice but to keep pushing. Another good video, I love how your videos are so short too, it's straight to the point.

Just adopt the personality of a strong minded person and then you’ll be able to drink caffeine everyday and not worry about depending on it because you’ll know you can quit at any time. Then your mind will be too strong to allow something like that control you

100% agree, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!

I loved this video; very short and straight to the point. I also really like how you tell us what many of "the professionals" advise us, but it is completely wrong. I genuinely believe that they're just doing that because of marketing, and they know deep down the foods that are actually good for us, like what they were taught in school. But it's all just to make money, I appreciate you telling the truth, even though it is really is something that should be obvious. Keep going, I liked this video.

When your a young man you think as a young man but once your over 50 your A1c is over a certain number and your sugar levels are higher than normal your doctors put you on medication that corrects your numbers but kills your libido. You can’t just think positive or will it to fix it self.

I appreciate you for creating this video, I feel like the title especially was a brilliant thing that you added, too, that's why I clicked onto this, it's very eye-catching. A lot of the time, when we're younger, we tell ourselves the delusion that we still have time to save money later, but for now, spending it is what is better. I totally agree with you, I think investing in ourselves to improve ourselves is the top thing we should do. I also believe we should give ourselves some freedom as well. As long as everything has its limit, everything will work out. This is a perfect video, keep going.
