You exactly know the glow htv will fade in a few days. Thats not cool to make people think it would stay. ☹️

I bought the Leonardo Romeo ctter over a year ago, and it's the best plotter I ever had. BUT IT IS A NIGHTMARE TO USE AFTER NOT USING IT FOR AWHILE. IT WILL NOT LET ME IN. I SENT FOR A NEW PW, BUT ALL I GET IN RETURN IS A PROMO FOR SISER PRODUCTS. PLEASE HELP! This is the second time that i have wasted over an hour trying operate a product that I own!!!

I bought the Siser Leonardo Romeo last year; It worked great, and I love the plotter. However, I just experienced two hours of utter frustration because I cannot sign on. Why does it even prompt me for that? I used to operate the unit without that tiresome step. I cannot find my "user name" And I only see a very long PW number. which I haven't tried yet. Please help!!

Is this the same as heat transfer paper? When you're printing the design I'm wondering why you need different colours 🤷♀️

How can I stop the color bleeding with the easy color when it’s washed per directions? I also make sure I use the standard a normal paper settings on my printer (Epson 8550 ET). I also make sure to let the print sit for a week before I pressed it.

Will I be ok to cut the Siser Brick 600 with the Loklik Cutting Machine?
@mrnicheols10 күн бұрын
Does Siser make any products that you can press htv on to make a decal out of it. Similar to TRW HTV anything. I am experimenting today with some old uv sticker laminate i bought a while back but it was to thick to do anything with. Seems like the brick is sticking to it well. Then i have a decal i just have to peel of the laminate carrier sheet exposing the stickyness of the clear laminate

Can you wrap the screen of a phone? Would doing so protect it enough that it wouldn’t break or get scratched?

I have used easy color DTV a few times and I’ve had issues with bleeding ink. I made sure to let the print sit for 48 hours and washed as directed and it still bled some onto the white shirt. I use an Epson 8550 on standard print quality to ensure there’s not a lot of extra ink. What else can I do to ensure that doesn’t happen?

I’ve followed the instructions and still get bleeding when washing. What could be the problem? I wait at least 36 hours before pressing and longer than that for the first wash.
@SiserNorthAmerica22 күн бұрын
Hey @danyelle87! It sounds like you may be using a high-color print setting that uses more ink than usual. We'd suggest trying a different print setting, or allowing your design to "cure" for at least 72 hours after pressing before the first wash. If you're still having issues, please feel free to contact our support team at [email protected]!

Does the DTV need to be sealed after printing to prevent fading?
@PAndrew00223 күн бұрын
I'd love to know if anyone has success in preventing fading and cracking after a few washes.
@SiserNorthAmerica22 күн бұрын
Nope! We just recommend that you wait at least 72 hours before washing after your design is applied. This will help the ink "cure" and increase the longevity of your designs!

This siser holographic is a waste of my money and time. The support of the sheet is not sticky at all and everything comes off so easy while welding it's annoying. Should specify it's only recommend for huge projects not small cause it lifts everything while welding
