I think about a week if I remember correctly. I do suggest mixing it in a blender and adding a little extra liquid. It seemed a little on the grainy side if I just used a shaker cup.

I had 3 eggs and 3 strips of bacon with 2 small pancakes made with ground flaxseed 😋 but your breakfast looks delicious too… 😅

@@Millwrightlife flaxseed gives the pancakes a delicious nutty flavor which I love. I also added raspberry and blueberries which are my fav. I’ve tried the protein shakes and while I’m sure they’re healthy but they’re just not b for me. Stay healthy 😃🙏🏼

@@esmeraldagarcia2848 I’ll do my best and you as well. Protein is hit and miss on finding a good flavor. That particular brand has delicious flavors that mix well, however I don’t recommend the fluffernutter flavor due to the marshmallows in it, unless you like that sort of thing. lol. I might have to try out the flaxseed though. 💪
