It can run on 2-3s LiPo or equivalent NiMh

Finger over the exhaust tip give it a few cranks till you see fuel run thru the lines. Also if glow plugs not getting hot enough unplug the red wire from the ez start motor and press the button a few times then plug it back in and it should fire right up

No it is quite bad for drag racing. For drag racing it is better to keep it 4wd.

A wide piece of rubber is attached to the top deck and wraps around the universal joint cup to a servo. It is important that the servo pulls on the same side as the universal joint rotates to when the car goes forward. That way the rubber will thighten itself around the joint cup a create enough friction to stop the front wheels from rotating. The rubber piece I used was from a blown out tire.

I was suprised by the speed of the SPT servo and I can buy 3-4 for the price of one 2075, and it has double the torque.

Bravo my friend I've got to say this is the best video I've seen of the ftx Ravine on KZbin you should be coming much higher up the search list. Obviously it's Boxing Day yesterday I gave one of these to my 4 year old nephew his dad will obviously be using it with him I can't wait to show him your video. Looks like a decent rig man. The lines you are having some trouble with? Maybe a softer tire will help out a lot. VERY nice run out there and great terrain. Rig looks good

Thanks. I did remove the foam and use mr33 to make the tires a little softer and grippier but these rocks can be very slippery. Should also have removed the servo savers before, they are far to loose. They made the tires not steer properly and not return to center.

That is something I haven't used much but I think it is on the same server. At least on steam it is basically dead. There is usually between 0 and 2 multiplayer sessions. Weekly events still has many participants.

It has glow plugs, but not sure if they work. I think the main problem here was that it didn't get any fuel

@@thunderstormrc yeah what I do is hold the exhaust then try to run it so then is clocking the fuel goes in the motor then get your finger out of the exhaust it should start almost right up if everything’s else is fine!

The problem was buying the cheapest mid size crawler i could find. A better chassi and it might been worth upgrading.
