that was year ago when i play with this meter. I did change firmware. you need files from companion. i should have all software and files somwhere. if you need them i can look for it

The same thing is happening to my companion I run the firmware update through the utility software and it will freeze up I've tried doing this on windows 10 and windows xp the only two computers I have and still nothing

@@nathanielwittman4408 Remember i had some problems upgrade meter with files from the website. i had to get them from service team. that was long time ago may change over time.

I had to call tech support and they email me software and upgrades files. that was two years ago. if you want I can look for this email and if find it i will forvard to you.
