So much arrogance from Dalot. MU won because we played like chickens and with too many defensive players. We let them ”walk the ball”, got scared of the brand, otherwise MU is not that great. With all due respect for the history of MU, if FCSB would have played the way they usually play, United would have left Bucharest defeated on Thursday.

in the summer untd would only need the great striker like Gyokere to lead the line and rotate with Ramus and a great number 10 like Florian wirt, Jamal, Dani Olso or Jude Bellingham to rotate Mainoo, Garnacho or Bruno so utd team would become a team to challenge for trophies.

Importantly the team is balanced - created more chances and fewer problems at the back. Comparing with the other 3 Eupr won - 4-3 Bodo; 1-2 Victoria; 2-1 Ranger which left until the last 10 minutes to get a winning goal.

Mainoo has always been a maestro so one of 2 10's is a natural fit imo, especially in this system. Paul Scholes called it a few months ago when he said about Amorin in his new system: “He’s got his two number 10s, which is something you don’t see here. And I think he’s got the players. I think Fernandes is definitely one of them. “I actually think Mainoo could be one of them as well. I think he’d be a better player, playing higher up as one of the 10s with a bit of security in behind. I think it would suit him more.”

If Bruno and Mainoo play No.10s then where will Garna & Amad play? And who will be in the central midfield with Ugarte? Obviously Casemiro and Eriksen don't have legs to play in the midfield and Collyer is not there at top level yet and let's say, even if he is, we can't just rely on Ugarte & Toby for the rest of the season.

@@rohankumarthakur2884 when attacking, it's like using the 4-1-2-3 formation where DeLigt and Maza play as the two CBs while Martinez joins Eriksen in the dmf and Mainoo and Bruno play as the 10s while Garna and Amad as natural wingers. The formation is pretty easy but just the way we apply it against other formations is the problem.
