Hey! 👋 I have the sport edition. That's the lowest model, but it still makes me happy! I've realized that the fuel injection and engine seem to work beautifully in Mazda cars. If I drive nice and easy (the way I should as a dad 😉) The van has pretty acceptable mpg. But when I'm carrying a fully loaded car, and I need the power, it delivers! The gas mileage suffers a bit for it, but I like to know that I have the power when I need it. Remember that I am also comparing mine to the modern minivans of today. You might also want to research the hybrid minivans that are out there now. Minivans are advancing nowadays, and it's not just with the size. It's the efficiency.

Hey! I'm glad the video helped. There is a lot of info about vibration plates out there. What I have been finding myself saying to people who want a vibration plate nowadays, is that they should BE CAREFUL. These things can be very powerful. I believe this about the Rumblex 4D. It is powerful. Using the strongest settings for 10 minutes can make you feel very sleepy after. It doesn't feel like a workout at the gym, but it can work the hell out of you so hard that your body needs immediate rest. It's the truth. My wife stayed away from the vibration plate at first because she did not like how it made her body feel. She would get itchy from the activation of histamines in her body. People believe that these machines can help with bone density. I have not studies that definitely prove these claims, yet I see that Power Plate claims them as well. I believe that the main thing you have to do is find one that has the hertz you need for power. You also want to buy a unit that has multiple settings and movements. Rumblex has all of this. I believe that it is just as good as the results Power Plate promises. I've used expensive vibration plates at gyms before. I like my Rumblex best.

Excellent thorough review on this; I am currently looking at one of these as my next work car/take the kids to school car😊. Do you still own this vehicle and if so, any major repairs you have had to do to that 2.3l engine?
@thelegendarydaddy9670
@thelegendarydaddy9670 4 ай бұрын
Yes, I still own the minivan. She's still under 100,000 miles (95,000 approx). No problems with the engine. Nothing. I did have a problem with a processor that manages the transmission. I was using the transmission shifter to slow momentum sometimes. This processor is situated ON the transmission. I read that this positioning is troublesome because pushing the transmission can heat the processor and cause it to glitch out. That's what happened with mine. Mazda doesn't make the processors anymore. Parts stores don't carry them. The only ones you can find at junkyards are attached to transmissions and are not allowed to be taken separately. We were scared for a while there, until I saw on craigslist that there are guys who repair this processors and give instructions on how to mount the processor on a safer location. That was the only problem I have had with the car. I don't use the transmission to slow us down anymore.

@@chadfield376 I'm the same way with maintenance. I have a gifted mechanic who I trust more than anyone. He has fun working on my Mazda 5. I can tell you though, it does feel a little old from a technological standpoint. Doesn't bother me too much, but she is missing all the bells and whistles that modern day cars might have. Connecting my iPhone is good enough for me, and I added a rear camera for a better view when backing up. Other than that, she drives beautifully.

Power and energy are related but fundamentally different. Just by the simple relation P=E/t. Power is time independent. Energy can only be manifested by tension (of duality). Again we see this in the expression where E is directly proportional to a Delta T, a delta p, a delta Q, a delta h and so forth. In other words if you switch of the light, power is still there, but the flow energy is interrupted. Likewise, the relation with Force is given by P=F.v. Here v stands for velocity. Both F and v are vectors. Alignment between F and v is the most effective. In other terms, when motivation and motion are in the same direction. Once you get this simple natural laws, then the metaphysical principles are easier to grasp.

I don't think it's possible. I love my van, but I do know that everything in the back row and rear storage area is super tight. Everything back there fits like tight lego pieces. Moving the two seats back would probably lean the headrest against the back window. It can fit adults though. I think it would just be difficult to fit anyone over 6ft back there. it depends on the mid row bucket seats. They can slide forward and back. If you move them quite a bit forward, you'll have better leg room in the back row. Thanks for the review!

The back row seatbelt clip is intended for storage only, you slip the belt in place the put the tab of the seatbelt end into the second closed slot, which keeps everything in place.

Yes! Thanks for sharing that in the comments. I hadn't used them often so I forgot what they were for, until I started to use the full capacity with the rear seats down. Those belts slip perfectly into place and out of the way with those clips.

Have just bought our second one. There is just nothing else like these for capacity, efficiency and purchase price. First one was 2011 Nissan Lafesta (with older Ford-based motor, 5spd transmission and basic trim). Second one is 2015 Nissan Lafesta, which since 2014 has the Skyactiv motor (2.0l in Japan/NZ) and 6spd transmission. We got the higher spec one with partial leather, more airbags, electric doors, steering gear paddles, keyless remote and cruise control. The difference in fuel economy is significant, Mazda did a great job with Skyactiv. With people moving to SUVs, these imports are sitting around for months in car yards, people don't seem to want them, so they are dirt cheap. Yet we can fit our 3 greyhounds in easily, and I've just done an extended holiday with 2 mountain bikes upright in the back. Big rear door, low flat floor when the seats are down, and heaps of headroom right out to the back. There's little else like it, at any price.

the hz are a measurement of wavelengths. From what I know, and have experienced, the wavelengths on the less expensive models have wavelengths that "jolt" your body in the direction that you desire: horizontally, vertically, etc. With the hz on the more expensive models, the wavelengths don't "jolt" as much as they travel through your body. This has a completely different affect on the body that the cheaper oscillating vibration plates cannot deliver, no matter how strong it jolts you. I hope that helps. ❤ I have a pinched nerve, or maybe it's a pulled muscle?? Not sure, but I used the massage mode yesterday and today while lying down on it. It massages on a deeper level than a handheld massager. The pain is gone. : )

I'm coming from Ken Wilber style of thought, trying to understand or build a bridge between Wilber and Hawkins. I'm getting hung up on the pseudo-science aspect of it. It seems really annoying and dishonest, because this whole theory is really pretty novel and deeply insightful as philosophy and theory. It seems to me as an outsider that it was a total bonehead play to adopt the concept of "vibrations" of "energy" as though this were material science and not philosophy of consciousness. You're happy to say, "I think of it as a spirit-based scale." Yes, I agree, but why is Hawkins not getting that? 🤣 It seriously harms his credibility that he pretends to "measure" with intuition (?) and apply literally 200nm to the "measurement". Two hundred nanometers of what? It's a straight up con job. Like e-meters. Isn't it? Did Hawkins invent this trend of saying vibrations, energy, wavelength as though you were truly talking about a physical scientific phenomenon, when you are actually referring to one's own personal emotional narrative? Is he the OG source of people saying "raise your vibration bruh"? That would be quite impressive. I don't know. Should I just try to move past this issue and understand the emotional levels better?

this is one of the best comments I've ever had. :) It is awesome because this map of consciousness stuff, when applied, is very helpful, but also very frustrating, especially during times like these, where we appear to be much more sensitive to the energy/vibrations on earth that do not seem to be very "positive" right now. Let me say that I am not here to pass judgement. If it sounds like that, it is only because I try to be honest with others the way I am honest with myself. I use honesty to find answers faster. Your comment brings up so many good points, but the best part is your last sentence. Emotional levels. The map of consciousness is intriguing because it does appear to have some emotional levels and some intellectual levels. Your comment, to me, is very cerebral. That's good! You/we are probably functioning at higher levels! Awesome! But the "emotional" levels... I'm pretty sure we're talking about love, joy, etc. And you are right. You have it figured out. Thinking and analyzing can only get you so far. To get to the love and joy levels, we have to go past the intellect and venture into the heart. This is even the way it works electrically with your heart. We need to activate it. It can be quite frightening. We are all where we need to be on the map of consciousness. The veil has dropped and we are seeing so much of where our family, friends, and neighbors are on this map. We are in a time of great change. The truth is being revealed. You appear to be one of the wise ones. You know where you are and you know where you need to go. Take the plunge. Jump into life. Go past rational thinking and have faith in yourself, others, and love. You'll get there. We'll get there.

And yes, totally, beautiful. Again, though, does Hawkins himself not fail in this regard? When he uses the science of vibration of something in something in nanometers, I feel like he himself is introducing that profanity into his philosophy of consciousness? You yourself seem to be saying that the physics of vibration are irrelevant to the value of the model, so why is Hawkins so focused on it? Thank you, truly. I'm also not meaning to debate or antagonize, just genuinely considering whether or not to include Hawkins theory in my own presentations. ❤

@@unthinkme_Adam But, I do like the physics of vibration. I do enjoy the cerebral. However, sometimes we get stuck in certain areas of the paradigm because intrinsic challenges are meant to be there. Hawkins discussed two in particular: the shift from pride (selfish) to courage (selfless), and the shift from reason (thinking) to love (feeling). Those elevations on the map of consciousness are most challenging. I think that is why rational thinking could not stop the wisest of men from feeling hatred towards Jesus, Socrates, Muhammad, etc. They were part of the wisdom (thinking), but their love (feeling) surpassed most human beings during their time on earth. I love all of these pathways to higher knowledge, wisdom, and love. It adds to the color of life. Buddha for some. Jesus for others. Smokey Mirror in the Toltec tradition. All different stories and paths to enlightenment. I can see elements of the map of consciousness in Ken Wilber's work, in Abraham Hicks work, and in the way our brains have evolved from reptilian survival to enlightened humans. I think that what is most important is that we realize that we share similar paths in our evolution. If we recognized this, maybe we wouldn't be attacking each other so much, simply because we are focused on the differences. When we get to the root of what these enlightened humans were trying to teach, we can see that we are all part of the whole. We are not equal or the same in our levels of consciousness, but we all exist as the same beautiful fractal that makes up humankind. I can't thank you enough for sharing on this post. You have a lot to offer to those who are searching for answers and a path of their own. Bless you for that. : ) Thank you.

Thank you for your comment! I think that after these years of using the Rumblex 4D, I would definitely recommend any vibration plates from the Rumblex series. The hz goes to 40hz with the Rumblex series. Others usually only reach 15hz. The Rumblex is stronger than anything else out there. And you have so many different variations of settings that you can use. It's best for bone density, and it's best for lymphatic drainage (both different settings).

I’ve been using my Rumblex for a little over a year. In 2023, knee replacement surgery was recommended. I opted for the vibration plate instead. I’m back to talking without pain or cane. Really, I feel that my cartilage is regenerating despite the fact that the medical community says that’s not possible. Age 82…and I’m glad I didn’t go with a surgical suggestion.
