Great video! You guys have done so much in a short period of time. I discovered your products months ago. I read your story then and thought " I hope they do well!" And it looks like you are! You went from baguettes to breads, cookies, and more. We can't wait to try your bakery items. We just have a ways to travel before we can. I hope one day you will be able to ship to other states. Gary, Thanks for your question! This strategy works in many scenarios, not all though. In Laguna Beach we just successfully sold a home in under two weeks by creating demand where there are over 450 listings that have been sitting on the market. Buyers don't want to miss out on a great deal. I am listing one today in Stanton, that will be WAY underpriced and it will get bid up. You cannot underprice in CERTAIN scenarios.
