Hab den Mulchmaster mal gehabt. War eine Katastrophe. Ganz mieses Mulchergebnis. Musste sogar vor Gericht ziehen, damit die das Teil zurücknehmen. Habe vorm Amtsgericht vollumfänglich gewonnen.

In May 2019 I bought a multi-one 6.3+ new, the last week of August 2019, due to faulty workmanship a hydraulic hose ruptured. It seems a hose was was too short or improperly installed and was rubbing against the frame which cause it to fail. Multi-ones answer, we don't warranty hoses and that's the end of the story. So that two-year warranty of yours isn't worth much.

Did you call anyone above your distributer? I am interested in your outcome since I am considering buying one and your experience has me quite surprised.

@@mikeRadamz Long story short, I talked to Alex De Luca MultiOne America Operations Manager ,3031 E Cherry Street,Springfield, MO 65802 P: 417.351.3585 M: 417.920.5254 So far they have done nothing. Call him and ask if it is true.

The Dealer spliced the hose, and wrapped pieces of inner around it for protection. I told multione I would not accept that, but so far nothing.

this is the machine i would buy if they sold it in the U.S. the way you can lift the blower like that. surprised that they are not all made like that it would be easy. give me one to show people. and how much. very cool.
