I was just telling someone about the Gi Joe /Cobra answer the the SR-71 and Drone. Cool you brought it back. See if you remember this… There was a GiJoe vehicle called the “Shark” in think. It had action figure in high altitude/space suit but also went under water in this flying submarine… Bring that one back. I’ve described it to several people and they think I’m crazy and that I’m imagining it.

Thanks for Watching. WOW!!! I did??? :) I am thinking about getting the Creality K2 Plus, that has a bigger build plate, probably on this upcoming Black Friday sale, if and when it goes on Amazon, or at the Creality website at: store.creality.com/products/creality-k2-plus-combo-3d-printer?spm=..collection_53542add-ae5c-4306-8be0-41c1c4aad786.albums_1.1&spm_prev=..collection_d363a905-4d81-48e5-af5f-389afd6aa334.header_1.1 . I am having issues right now with the Seating Compartment of the Night Raven being too short in length. I will post a video on that soon.. S3D Toys.com has a lot of these vehicles. I found this website that has a 3d print of the SHARC, but it cost $20.00 to get the file. It is at: www.etsy.com/listing/1201552631/2-seat-gi-joe-sharc-digital-stl-file . I am probably going to print that one out as soon as I can. Would you like one??? The filament is one of my biggest costs right now, along with the remote controlled supplies. With the Sharc, I would have to find the right filament that is waterproof, along with the cost of the PLA or PETG Gloop. I am taking that all into consideration, as that will be one of the many vehicles that I want to make remote controlled, and it would be 3D printed.

Thanks, Cool. I have the original one, and I did a trace of the instructions on this channel. S3DToys.com made the files. I am surprised at the detail of each and every file that I print out. 3d gloop not ca glue. ca glue sucks and its not designed for 3d printing like 3d gloop is. printing it straight up makes it very weak. cut the piece up in parts and print sideways for stronger parts or get a large volume 3d printer like the cr 10 max or the elegoo neptune 3 max
@renegadebiker24
@renegadebiker24 Ай бұрын
Hmmmm, thanks for letting me know. I was wondering about it, and if it was stronger or weaker than the ca glue. How long does it take to cure on 3D Gloop? To me, printing vertically is a matter of saving filament waste from supports, and I have printed horizontally, but it seems like it takes longer, and there are many parts that I had made horizontally, but it seems like the connection is weaker. Just look at what happened with my front nose cone assembly. As far as the other 3D printers that you mentioned, I would be interested in trying those, and eventually I will get them, but right now, I’m trying to sell my other machines, like the Tronxy XY3, (issues with the main board and hot glue from the factory on one of the jumpers) ,Mingda Rock 3 ( issue with the new main board), a Voxelab Aquila that I am trying to sell to a co worker, but is hesitant to get it right now, and trying to upgrade the existing Ender 3 into a Ender Extender 400. The Creality K1 Max and the Creality K1C are on a payment plan for the next year or so, however , I had to modify both of them because of the hot glue put on the connectors to the hot end, extruder, and the print head.
@honda-s2k
@honda-s2k Ай бұрын
@@renegadebiker24 so i only use petg and tpu. the pet-g 3d 3d gloop takes about 30 mins to set and about 24 hours to cure but is 10x stronger than epoxy and ca glue. i would highly recommend it for rc and cosplay. i have a elegoo neptune 3 max and a few ender 3 pro's. id highly recommend the neptune 3 max for large parts and use ur smaller k1 max for all the smaller parts. printing vertically does not save time or money on filament. in the slicer setting u can choose what items need supported with prusa slicer vs cura which u can't do this. crealitys slicer sucks

I’m going on 2 rolls of grey filament now , and I will be getting some more grey filament on the way to my home on Tuesday of this week. It is a very long make. OMG.... I just read the rest of your intro comment. These hours were just for two pieces???!!!! Please tell me it's a typo and for the whole build instead. This WHOLE BUILD should only take you 25 hours.....TOTAL....on very high detail settings.....and it looks like you have nice printer. I would contact the seller and ask them how long it should take. It looks like they actually off the services to print it for you. And there's no reason to introducing you screen name in every cut scene. I'm just telling you this because these are the things that detour people from staying with your channel. That and video quality. These are some of the reasons I haven't started my channel yet. I also want to get my print studio just right. These things make a difference. The same as if you are are going to watch a show on TV yourself. Also, be very careful about laying PLA out in the sun. It will straight up MELT.....not just warp!
@renegadebiker24
@renegadebiker24 2 ай бұрын
Thanks for letting me know on my introduction in every single jump cut. I will definitely change that after my next upload. The video quality is done with my own smartphone. I stopped using my camcorder because of the settings issues with it. I’m using a Creality K1 Max and a Creality K1C for my 3D printing because of my issue with the Timelapse camera on the Bambu Labs printers were not really what I wanted in a 3D printer. I am using Creality Print for the slicer because the other one like Cura would not work for me at all and it would not communicate well with the USB drive, so I am using the LAN feature instead in Creality Print. I am using high quality in the Creality Print with a .04 nozzle. The micro Swiss hot end had failed me on the K1C printer and I am not sure if I want another nozzle blob clog because of that, or it failing on me, when I am not at home. Have you checked out my previous videos on my K1C and K1 Max printers, where I talk about removing the hot glue from the connectors that go into the extruder, and hot end? I am basically using the Creality hot end and the unicorn nozzles because of the fact that I am not a big fan of Micro Swiss after that nozzle clog. I got the files from S3D Toys.com, and I don’t think they have the K1 Max or the K1 C printers. The K1 Max printer is what I am using for the top parts of it, while the K1C was used for the canopy seats. I only put the PLA outside to shoot the video and then I put it inside after the video is done. There’s a total of 175 files just for the whole thing, so each individual file does take a while to print out, and then there’s the body connectors to print out, as well as other connectors. I could probably understand if the build was maybe for a 3 3/4 inch figure, but not for a 6 inch figure.

@@renegadebiker24 The reason I went with the Bambu was because you don't have to use a USB drive. You can send files directly from your phone or from your computer through Wi-Fi and the internet. You can check on your prints pretty much anywhere in the world on your phone through their camera.
@renegadebiker24
@renegadebiker24 2 ай бұрын
I understand that. However, I also use a WLAN option for my printers of the Creality K1 Max and Creality K1C through Creality Print, and I have been using it for a while now. There’s a way to do it in Creality Print, and it’s based on the router. Yes, it does take some time to print it out, but I think it’s due to the way the programming of the software of Creality Print is compared to Bambu Labs, in my opinion. I can control my printers by my own phone. However, I think the biggest thing that I have done was to work with Creality through emails, in the past few months. If you have not seen my previous videos before this series, please check it out. I have had trouble with the printer head when it comes to the printing process and it was due to the hot glue that is put on the connectors, that is on the “hot swappable” parts like the printer head, printer adapter card, hot end, or the extruder. I only take the PLA outside for the photo shoot.

Wow....49 hours! What printer are you using? I just printed the Gambody version and it's 28 inches long total.....and only took 21 hours TOTAL. I'm using a single Bambu P1S at what I consider very good detail and slow speeds. I'm using a 0.4mm nozzle and laying down 0.08mm layer lines. I'm also using 8% gyroid infill....and of course I'm using Bambu Studio's slicer. I just think you can find better setting for your printer by looking at the hours you're showing that it took. Also, you can tweak your supports. All of this is time and money in supplies used.

Well, that’s your opinion. The K1 Max has been a better machine in my opinion, aside from the issues that I have experienced with the K1C, and only one issue that I have experienced , and that is the wiring issue with the AI LiDAR and as well as the extruder, but that’s what I come to expect from what seems like a rush to get it out there to market, and not really considering things like a fault finding system or a quality control system like either that of the K1C or K1 Max. I enjoy doing the work of fault finding when it comes to this, because I think it shows the true value of investing in a company, that really needs to look into the quality control and accountability when it comes to rushing a product to market so quickly. But hey, I am starting to think that maybe it’s not quality control management that is prioritizing the product, but rather the quantity that matters most, and since most 3D printers are designed in, and made in China, it seems like politics in the Chinese government, as well as possible politics company wide has a lot of “pull” when issues like this are implemented. It’s sad really that 3D printers are not made in the USA, but it’s all based on a political system and the morons who are “sent to D.C.” , to just sit there in the cushy chairs and never think things over before making a decision about it, and then it’s just a rush to judgment, in my opinion to make rash decisions . This is certainly concerning for me, and makes me consider a few things that are not addressed by the company, or in my opinion, some influencers who doesn’t want to address these issues, but, in my opinion, it needs to be addressed by the community to the company.

I understand your hesitation, however, I have to say, this is a good printer, but it does have some issues with it, so, in my opinion, and this is strictly my own opinion, I am not sure if I would recommend this printer, and maybe wait until the K2 Plus comes out. I have experienced these issues, that, I believe came from the factory, like the loose plastic shroud around one of the connections that was on the adapter board. The biggest thing is that you can catch this before it becomes a problem, like I did. I suggest that you have some extra hot ends, and unicorn nozzles, just in case, as well as to please examine your adapter card when you get it, and before you start it up for the first time. Hopefully you got the warranty that comes with it. I may have gotten a rare poor quality one, but, please check over everything. The online service is great through the app, and I think as long as you explain it to them, they will be able to help you. I have learned a lot from this printer. I have thought about making a 3D printer repair business, since there is hardly any here in the state of Arkansas, where I live.

That’s good to know that. I hope you don’t have any issues with yours. Hopefully, it will not turn out bad for you. If it does, please let me know. This is something that I think some “influencers” don’t want to do a video on this issue, because they think it may be a bad look on the product that they are trying to sell. I think some KZbinrs like the “Tomb of 3D Printed Horrors “ as well as “CHEP” are good resources for those that are just getting into the 3D Printer World, and offering maintenance advice when it comes to 3D Printing. I still have some videos on my KZbin channel that I still haven’t made yet, like upgrading the Mingda Rock 3, which has a few issues that I have yet to deal with, including the fact that the original main board is discontinued, and I have to make an additional outlet for the extra connection to it, and a place to hook up the BL Touch, as well as trying to hook up the ESP 8266 for WiFi connection, as well as a Tronxy XY-3 that has a power supply and main board issues with it, along with a Creality Ender 3 that I am trying to upgrade to a Ender Extender 400. I have donated a Mingda D2 to my 3rd oldest brother to try and get him into the 3D printer community, that works, and I am hoping that I can sell my Voxelab Aquila to a fellow co worker. The next 3D Printer that I am planning on fixing is the K1 Max , with an issue of a wire connection that has come loose on the AI LiDAR box, but it should not be a major issue like I have had with my K1 C, or at least, I hope not. I am a person who has built his own computer system and I have some computer repair experience, so to me 3D Printer repairs are the next step for me. I also used work at an electronics manufacturing company here in Arkansas, and I have some certification in Component Identification and support/build/ and final assembly that was issued to me in 2006 before the company moved to Mexico, and I was laid off due to that. It is something that I have yet to make a video on, but I think I will make it sometime soon. I wonder if the 3D Printing community knew that when I started using 3D Printers about 3 years ago.:)

I didn’t make a video about it when it first happened, but I think I should have.Did you see the first video about me talking about it?

Unfortunately, KZbin has so many "Terms of Service" rules, and regulations that are vague, and that make no sense, I am not sure.

@@renegadebiker24 Sadly KZbin is a mess. Censoring stuff so that they're ''family friendly'' yet play several minute long cartoons adverts on kids cartoons that from the side eye look like the original cartoon and emotionally manipulate kids into liking certain toys.....

yep, this seems to be the typical with KZbin. Since the Ad-pocolypse, KZbin now tries to control the advertisements, unless you pay KZbin for a non advertisement KZbin. What ads do they play that emotionally manipulate kids? The alternative lifestyle kind of ads??

Thanks, Yep, believe it or not, It is actually a very important tool in discovering anti personnel land mines , since they are so small, highly sensitive to smell,and lightweight, that they can detect anti personnel, and is a cheap way of destroying the anti personnel land mines that have been left by wars. Yep , it is a cool looking figure, but I think the figure is overlooked because of how he was not really used that much in the cartoons, because at the time the cartoon came out, he wasn’t really used that much.

Thanks, I think so too, however, it seems like Hasbro should do something about this set, like making the price lower, however, until Hasbro moves out of China, there might be more quality control issues than ever. I just think that something on the figure that should change is more like the price decrease, but I don’t think it will happen until they realize that, as well as,if they are going to make a significant change with each character so they can have each character carry something on the figure,instead of being inconsistent with it, in my opinion.

Oh ok. Yea, they look great in red. I am thinking about, once I get the Vamp, I will try and make a custom one into the Stinger, and I am thinking about making more custom ones that have the Tiger Force, and maybe a custom version of a Crimson Strike Force VAMP.
