You're wrong. It isn't healtheir, and it's more expensive than just being DISCIPLINED enough as a MAN to cook your freaking meals, meal prep, and run a business. You're severely lacking basic human skills and leaving it up to companies who scam you out of MORE MONEY, which isn't a great business move btw, create MORE WASTE in packaging, and (just like AI assistants answering all your burning questions instead of you reading a book or watching a documentary once in a while) make you DUMBER and less capable. Wow, quite a complex project. You basically stripped the whole building. Did you do a bench footing on the outside for brick load bearing? I'm not too confident with the radiant plumbing buried in concrete. I don't trust PEX pipes. Might not last for another 50 years, then what? Could have used electric heated floors. Also, engineers and architects need to come up with plumbing and electrical design/installation which are easily accessible for repairs, like in the old days. I've seen plumbing closets outside every guest room in hotels for easy access for maintenance. I remember back in the late 50's when I was a child, we used to have 1/4" square red wood trim nailed to walls & ceilings with electric wires with pewter sheathing, held on the wooden trim with metal clips. One day the wires inside the metal jacket short circuited causing meltdown and sparks. So dad had them replaced with wires without metal sheathing.

I really want to see how the tax deduction works since you cannot get back 100% of the interest. Plus you have to invest in a cash account, which accrues more taxable income.

I’m a new property owner. I kept the tenant that was living there before i bought the place. I don’t do inspections often unless the tenant needs something fixed. Insurance company needed to take some photos so I went along. I was mortified to find that my tenant had painted most of the walls black with lime green splatter paint, cut a pet door in the laundry room door, and all of the door frames have been destroyed by his dogs. Needless to say this is his last month in the home and now I have a lot of work ahead of me to fix everything.
