One thing I always found dramatic about this scene is the slow-motion effect used when the camera pulls up to Zito's body after Switek discovers him dead in the shower.

A wonderfully acted scene. Stan was accepting of the situation and he wanted to say a quiet "best friend" goodbye to Zito with no anger and no outburst. But Stan's anger understandably surfaced in Part 2.
