does not work it creates a problem where the jaw gets moved forward and out of alignment causing joint pain at the jaw, my bite was off the alignment and I had to get a new device from a dentist to align my jaw back in place, I paid 800 dollars for the device to correct my bite and it took me a whole year to get it back in place. Do not use Somno med it creates a bigger problem.

I got the SomnoDent Fusion several years ago. Twice since then the wing cracked. I got an extra set of wings from the dentist that ordered it, but she left the practice. I have tried many ways to find out how to order another set of wings, and nobody seems to know how to do it. I would not recommend this device.

This Somnomed Herbst will be the best. In Germany the AVANT is not more wellcome because its not function. To many customers lost the divice. I had the FLEX for 15 months and I got problems with my joint muscles- they got hard! Paint was the result. Its importend that the tool gives flexibel space for the joint t o move to the right or left. With the FLEX that was not posible it was fixed like in a ferrule! Mr Meyers, I was frustrated that I can not change my fusion wing to R1 after one week. Your video show that it Is a 123 EASy. Change but I watch the video many times n still can not easily install as shown even my husband get frustrated n walk away. Video said just put the screw in n pull up n easily wind will comes up but we try many times is will not pull up like hole is too small n not fit alignment. I follow the instructions carefully n many times too easy task n can not do it like the video shown? Why?

I think my first comment was not received n printed As an user, I see the instruction is no said as EASY 123, I try to watch video many times but it is not as easy as said . It is too frustrating to do. First that screw can not put in thru, it looks too big for this hole. Once has to use force to pinch in. Be careful you might break this little wind. It looks easy 123 but I actually do it after watching 3 times but the screw won’t fit easy , second it say just pull up straight but not easy as said then third is pull out easily but not even I force to pull up.
