Shouldn't we look for foreign body(FB) first in such patient? As by giving mask ventilation FB can go down more.

Sir, tachycardia with low voltage complex will have either pericarditis or pericardial effusion, but this patient has only bradycardia with low voltage complex, how come pericardial effusion has developed for this patient..
