I wish you would have opened it so we can see what it looks like inside. For people like me, that don't know what canned coconut milk is supposed to look like.

Can you also make chicken based recipes with it with marinated chicken? I usually like to marinate my cubed chicken breast with some ketjap, but im wondering if that will stick like crazy or if it’s fine 🤔

Nicely done. I am goan and tried different recipes. Vinegar is the trick as vindaloo is Portuguese for garlic and vinegar. But careful you can spoil it as too vinegary. So happy you did not put potatoes - huge mistake

Beginners main problem is how to hold the bottom one steady when you move the upper one. It moves and even dislodges and falls off. The rest is too easy otherwise. This video is stomach churning useless

I made this today in my stainless steel pan. Wonderful. Came out great but I need to use more salt and pepper next time. Thank you for how easy this was to follow.

Of all the Malaysian cuisine I am starting to really miss is the roast duck. Oh my god, I want roast duck. I figured out how to cook an authentic beef rendang, but the roast duck is not so easy as we can't find ducks in bloody Brazil :(

THIS A GOOD RECIPE BUT WHEN I COOK CHINESE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT AUTHENTIC SAUCES ARE USED AND NAMES LIKE PEARL RIVER AND LEE KUM KEE COME TO MIND. I NEVER USE GENERIC BRANDS AS THEY CONTAIN DOZENS OF "OTHER" INGREDIENTS.
