Crazy how people think the remake is better than this and scarier it could never the remakes story is retarded the characters are ugly the acting is atrocious and the ambience and atmosphere are butchered and giving Isaac the ability talk kills the immersion and the retarded backstory bullshit they added in kills the mystery of the entire fucking game like id you played the original it had a good mystery to it all like you wander around the ship and you’re able to piece everything up only to still be in the dark on what’s going on like the characters from the original were 100 times better the ones in the remake sound so weak when delivering a line like Dr Kaynes design makes sense in the 2008 version he’s seen as this sweaty tense man who’s completely lost it like you’ll see a huge difference in the games tone in the original and whoever replies saying issac talks in dead space that’s different this game was meant to be a survival mystery horror whoever they hired for the 2008 version needs to comeback because they did a phenomenal job on the acting the only good thing the remake did was the increased danger mechanic where you can get attacked at anytime and graphics but even the graphics are disappointing it lakes the lighting and just color hue the original uses because the color design of the original gives you a nightmare like fear

It's atmospheric. Music and ambience are meant to evoke an idea that feels natural or in sync with the idea/theme of a scene. For here, the idea is that you're at a train station in a spaceship full of supernatural horrors. So how do you make background noise that fits these ideas without distracting a player's immersion? Screeching train wheels, ghostly intercom voices, and subtle instrumentation.

Make more videos. There's a huge need right now for a good ambient horror Channel using HD, animated backdrops from iconic horror games. Dead Space, Resident Evil, The Evil Within etc.
