I cannot sing to save my proverbial- or actual- life. I’ve literally only just discovered Adele (yes I know, where the effin H have I been, I’m nearly 50 ffs!!). So, anyhoo, I’ve finally discovered Adele and repeatedly wail Rolling in the Deep on every car journey I make - which is a lot as I’m lazy- at such a hideous pitch that NASA probably think they’ve made contact with the unknown. I then decided to google how to sing it nicely. Please bear in mind I still cannot sing… I found some other lovely singing coaches first. I still wailed. BUT THEN…. I found this bloody fantabulous coach … I did all the exercises as given. Despite having more rose wine on board than us decent on a boring Tuesday evening. And… omfg… I don’t sound nearly as shit. I’m SO impressed that I’m going to look into this bloody amazing singing coach’s 5 step programme. (so sorry I can’t go back and find your name now I’m writing comment!!) Anyway, you effin ROCK mrs singing coach and I’m your new fan girl!! Ps hope I don’t sound like a stalker, I have adhd and BPD so neurodivergent in that I feel extremely deeply and just want to give credit where it’s due that you’ve sparked an ‘omfg I actually can learn to sing’ in me. Would love to hear from you but I know you’ll be vv busy being awesomely you xxx

Hi Angela. if we were to do these exercises every day, will it build muscle memory and so when we sing we dont have to think about this, or do we need to be thinking about all of this as we sing? Just curious. thanks!
