Is there a way to copy it but that all the copied folders/items will be defaulted to "Visible to Students" instead of "Hidden from Students". It defies the whole purpose of easy copying when afterwards you have to click each item/folder to become visible for students, especially when each copied folder has multiple items in it.

What if you want to play a video (with sound) as part of the presentation? Can we just use Windows Sound Control panel to make the sound card the recording device? Or to make the Crestron system the audio playback device?

What video and audio systems do you use? The auto-detection for the camera zoom is amazing. Is it with one camera?

Thanks for this. Can you tell me if everything will work with the webcasting if I am using my laptop and iPad connected to that?

Hi, Dr. Cook, I am guessing you want to use you laptop in the classroom and still run a videoconference connection (which you describes as webcasting). The best way to accomplish this (in my opinion) is by running the videoconference on the classroom computer and then connecting the laptop and or iPad to the connection as well. You will need to make sure to turn the audio (mic and speakers) off on the laptop and/or iPad to avoid audio issues. You could also share the laptop/iPad the same way you would share the doc cam (same instructions would apply) so it would show up as a source on the instructor computer. Hope this helps! If you have any further issues please feel free to submit a help desk ticket. Thank you!
