Coz he removed 0.5 ml from each tube and then added another 0.5 ml of reagent which makes it from 1:10 to 1:20 dilution

Your first definition is incorrect. I did not want to move on because of it. A parasite is more than living off another organism. It is living off another organism and having negative consequences to that organism. Parasitism. You are describing Commensalism.
