In 9:35 ROI was defined as Net Benefits *100/Cost of Investment . This formula is written in BABOK, but is it correct? Cost of investment in BABOK means cost of building or buying a solution. SO I think the correct equation should be: ROI=Net Benefits *100/Cost of Change
