Honestly i don't care too much about the gameplay i know i won't like because it's a mobile game anyway , but having more lore variety and expansion is already an amazing way to make me play it even when is not canon.

@@TTVKiri it's not part of the main timeline. It's a separate one that takes place during the same time the dark ages took place in the main timeline. not how the hive were discovered in the main timeline.

@ the hive had been around on earth, specifically earth’s moon for a very long time. They weren’t uncovered as a threat until the city age which is way after this dark ages in main timeline. Basically when the last city was pretty much as we know it now in the main timeline meaning guardians and the vanguard were around. There was a war to take back the moon soon after and there were heavy guardian losses ranging from the thousands. Also no other brood besides crota’s was in sol especially not his sisters. The rest of his family didn’t appear in sol until after crota’s death unless you count Savathun, but she wasn’t really doing anything besides laying foundations for future schemes.

We actually got a Ghost companion NPC that's way cooler than Nolandroid. Also Ikora having what looks to be a precursor to the old City guard set for the warlocks is a super nice touch.
