One of the reasons I ship J/Tessa is that it adds another layer on top of why J decided to stay with Cyn. J being terrified of Cyn enough to stay with her? Reasonable, totally understandable. J being terrified of Cyn and also hoping beyond hope that there may still be some small fragment of the girl she once loved still in there? Tragic, emotional, evocative. Compelling character flaw and dynamic. Tragic romance in the best, most hurtful way possible. Perfect.

It's seriously sad how the story started with her being loyal to her boss, whom she genuinely cared about, and reached the point where she's fighting her former allies alongside a monster that uses Tessa's body and destroys everything and everyone in its path.

I just realized something, during the flashback episode, I always wondered why we were seeing scenes that didnt have N. Obviously we see Cyn manipulated the mindscape but why did we also see scenes of Cyn, J, and Tessa. Can it be that in episode, We are seeing everyone flashback, all the drones, like its all one big file, so we also see Cyn memories as well as J, so thats why we see Js memories of Tessa and Cyns perspective of the ballroom scene. Heck, Cyn took over J in the ballroom before going AS, so her tricking J too can be a call back to that scene.

Yeeeeesss, Tessa was probabily the first one who loved J, but the solver just make J forget her and then kill Tessa AND J AND TESSA HISTORY HAS THE WORST END POSSIBLE 😭😭😭😭

I know for one of my MD fics, I changed the line to, “If it promised you anything….it tricked your leader, too.” It’s been my headcanon that Cyn’s J was a clone built to keep Leader J from remembering her old life, like V. She works with Cyn because she’s loyal to her and has no attachment to Tessa. At the end of the day, however, she has no friends, no boss, nothing except the ship and enemies, so she leaves the planet to go elsewhere.

I think the fact Cyn took on the guise of Tessa (literally wearing Tessa's skin even) caused J extreme hurt HOWEVER, because she looks like Tessa, she's loyal. Her loyalty was her downfall, all because she wanted to be loved and treated well like how Tessa treated her.

The real ending of murder drones

Heh we can all agree j has been wasted as a character and screen time mate maybe some day we can J again with a character arc and sufficient screen time

Tbh I am just great full for episode 8 it took a YEAR to make and it ended murder drones the fandom can beg for a season 2 but I just accepted that there will be no season 2 but I don’t get why people are saying they don’t like episode 8 or it disappointed them it’s an KZbin show what did you expect it’s not a Netflix show or anything

I just want to know what events led V and the Sentinal to team up.

At first i was angry that J wasn't a rebel, but then i watched it again and... I know realized what she went through, she sided up with Cyn because she had no options... And it gets worse when you realize she was probably the one who killed Tessa. I hope she's doing okay now since in the end she's alive and fixing the spaceship.

My headcanons are: That J was Tessa's first robot ever created and Tessa adored her ever since she was made, treated her bona fide, and even built great relationship altogether. When J spotted Tessa introduced her another robot(Which was N), J was furious and also Jealous because N was nicer than her. This could possibly indicates that J doesn't want any robots to get into their relationship.

It one of many reasons why i think That final epizode is not master piece , Liam disappint me.

i kinda don't like the fact that they just ruined J's potential all together. she has been dead for 5 episodes, got so little screentime too when she wasn't dead either. to be fair i would've prefered it if they hadn't brought her back, she kinda felt insignificant to the story and ending. a redemption arc could've been fun.

Did you guys realized that right before Uzi says the weirdly hot robots thing and after Cyn tries to kill V and N, J does this "😮🤨☝" Which makes me think that she still cares for them... ig? Maybe I'm just being delusional idk

I was fully predicting that J would turn against Cyn once she realised it was her in that suit rather than Tessa. But then again, J has been firmly established as a character who will unquestioningly obey higher authority figures, and given the hold Cyn has on them, she'd definitely quality on that count 🤔
