Did you drop the truck at all or kept it at the original height? I want 26’s but would like a good size tire to fill the gap without dropping it don’t want 28’s and a super thin tire hate the look

Stock height, bit of a gap on there from what I remember. I sold the rims, sticking with the factory. Gas prices are too high

@@kali4niaigloo70 in Cali yea. Plus with all wheels, if you don't do the suspension right, you will have the wheel wobble at 60 mph. Cause the wheels are heavier.

@@kali4niaigloo70 For what it’s worth, I’ve run dozens of rim’s on several dozens of vehicle’s over 25 years. Only had two issues, both included sets replica (cheaper) 22” and 26” where a rim was out of round. Noticeable over 55mph and they felt wobbly. Look up unsprung weight regarding the effects and consider spending a bit more on quality forged rims. Tire shops always talk ppl out of a bigger tire but stick to your guns after researching so there’s plenty of meat. I’d still consider slightly lowering or leveling your vehicle, this definitely helps fuel economy imho… along with exhaust (x-pipe), upgraded air intake (w/ filter) and retuning for larger diameter wheels, etc.

@@305ant101 yeah the new silverado’s have that notch on the break caliper. So you will need a wheel spacer to clear it. If not your wheels will get locked up because they are hitting it.
