And if you call them directly, you may need to leave a message but it is highly likely that the owner of the company will call you back personally and chat with you as long as you need to answer your questions. He has done that for me twice, anyway. They have a new binder system that looks really interesting, as well. The hardest part is the thinking upfront. You need to think about what you want to get out of the system if it is any more complex than the pre-printed labels. You may also need to think about successive filing. For example, some items you remove and replace may need to be stored in the archive area afterwards. A blue sticker dot placed on the folder labeled remind you that when you take something out of that particular folder, it goes to the archive. you also want to think about the way that you work and think. I like to put my receipts into an active file before I receive the bill so I can double check things. Then personal items are either shredded or filed to the pertinent green folder, or perhaps I photocopy the receipt after writing on it (in the case of receipts with fading to invisible ink), and it may go to a warranty file or a tax file.
