Which marketing habits are you taking with you into 2025?

All good marketers are skilled at copy-writing because marketing is alllll about communication. GOOD communication. Effective and entertaining, engaging communication. Marketers are (IF their "doing it," is being driven from place of genuine interest and passion for communication) good talkers. Convincing talkers lol. . I like the idea of daily writing reps. I should probably get into it, you're right. I think I'll be intentionally taking that daily practice into 2025 with me.

312 :) Btw, are you working only with youtube or do you have a full time job as well? I work 5 ~ 9 + plus I'm writing a book, a few short stories plus the everyday chores, I cant find the willpower to begin filming, I do have some scripts ready but again, It's hard to get out of the inertia. Any other tips, plus the ones given on the video, would help a lot. Thanks a lot, keep up the good work and good luck, cheers!

312 thank you! No, I am not working only youtube. KZbin is a pet project at this point only, but I think I will dedicate more time to it over the next 6 months as it's starting to become more valuable to my business. You have a lot on your plate! If you have some scripts ready but can't find the willpower to begin filming, is there someone who can help nudge you? Or, perhaps you're expecting too much from yourself. I've found it useful to simply say "I'm going to give only 30 minutes to recording" and then get set up, and record for only 30 minutes. That way if it's bad, you've only really spent 30 mins and it's like a practice anyway. But usually whenever I do this 'time constraint' method, as long as my script is ready to go -- it gets a good result! One time I recorded a long script and it took about 70 minutes -- only for me to realize the camera had stopped recording after 4 minutes because of an error. So I was talking to no one like a crazy person for 66 more minutes. That was frustrating and I had to finish recording another day BUT the practice run gave me some suggestions to improve the script, and in the end I think it made the final video better. What's your channel about? What do you make videos about? Cheers, Pat

@@yourminiempire First of all, thanks a lot for the reply! Be sure it will help me a lot! Well, my channel will serve for 2 things: 1 - Sharing tips about creative writing/story telling tips/discussing topics regarding writing as a whole 2 - Serve as a channel to share my upcoming book which will be ready next year. I'm a brazilian aspiring writer and also an UX Designer. My book's idea first came out in 2008 but I only begun actually writing only in 2020 - I actually finished a book but it ended up being too big for a first one, so I had to break it down in 2 and I'm currently writing the book that will introduce the main plot/characters. I've been writing every single day (almost) since 2020, non stop. So my channel would not only talk about creative writing but also how I developed the discipline and methods to create and sustain a habit for a long time. Once again, thanks for the tips and I wish all the best on your journey, cheers!
