Thing is Japan does not have a good retirement plan for their seniors! There are many seniors that must work...like it or not! Not what you want for anyone...unless they choose not to retire.
Sooo beautiful lady! I would love to visit her wonderful restaurant🥰💖Reminds me so much of my Mum, Tokie. and the way she cooked and worked so hard every day. Always made happiness even through difficult times. She passed away 9 years ago, born 1928, Hiroshima. We were planning a trip to go to that area too! Miss her soooo much. 💞💗💞💗

WHY THEY dont make the stove higher for the fried rice. The chef seem to be in a uncomfortable position
No disrespect, but that cutting board is not very sanitary, mixing fish and vegetables on it even after washing it ? 😮

This is simple fried eggs for the white rice basically the Chinese cook the eggs sunny side up or over medium when the eggs are done the add some soya sause on the eggs to go with the white rice.Over medium is the popular choice because they think raw eggs are not good for the health

Japan's population has been declining since the 1990s, which has contributed to insufficient workforce numbers. There are now more jobs than available people to fill them.

@@eatlikealocal i see..how is japans economy today? and all these established business are still doing well?
@eatlikealocal23 сағат бұрын
@@killuminati777FTRTTS Japan's overall economy has been stagnant for the past 30+ years and the Yen currency continues to be weak. With regards to small businesses, over 60% of retirement age Japanese people continue to work because the retirement pension plans are insufficient to cover the average living costs. Therefore, many will continue to work as long as possible. Typically, once the elderly owners of these businesses pass away, most permanently close because no one is available takes over running them. Many of the small restaurants shown in these videos will likely close within 10 years time.
