DHS worker took her to the visitation due to my car problems and they never brung my child back. I called tribal police and city police. Haven’t seen my daughter back in her initial home since she was taken from it at 2.5 and I’ve been worrying spending even more to travel an see her 4hrs away. if this is even legal especially if there was a judgement in my favor. PS she was slotted 20bucks a month because I provided and provided informative documents that showed her true colors and plans . I said all this because I’m fed up and a will need additional funds to re litigate what was already the judgement. Isn’t this illegal?
