Always remember stereotype exist for a reason. They are not just made up. Yes I have had bad male bosses but I have never had a good female boss they are always blaming someone else for their mistakes and have no accountability they duck out of their work causing others to have to stay and pick up the slack. And they are overly emotional on the job

no one likes to be told what to do. No one likes being told to "just shut up and do it." People also want to know what they are doing makes a difference. For that you need feedback (both up and down the chain of command.) You cannot fake this. In order to do this you need to understand everyone's work to some extent. I hav yet to meet a "woman" leader that does that. If they did, no one would "notice" the "woman" part in the leader. They would only see a leader. And those people do exists, and those people are rare in men and women. So lets focus on that.

Very interesting. The Bible has always said that you think in your heart, and that when you speak thoughts in your head it is actually your heart. Example verse: "Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee."

Excellent point- a reaction from a former mayor of NYC accepting accountability for bike lanes could be an example. He took accountability for the debacle, he apologized and committed to resolving the issue.
