We have a condition node (Has subscriber replied) for checking the replies from the customer over email and perform next action/condition on the contact through automation/workflow. Also, we can apply the filter (By Email received) to filter out the contacts. However, we cannot filter out them with specific keywords in the replies @@bupi.

I have one question. I am having problems with this. Whenever i add sequences and save each one. Once I go out and back into the sequence it loses emails and one gets lost and duplicated and also the order is not correct as I saved them originally. Not very good that you cannot grab and move them to change the order either. I made two different sequences and tried about three times with each. Same problem even when I logged out and used another computer and switched from Chrome to Firefox.

Hey there! To save the changes made in the sequences, you need to click on the Save button located at the top right corner. Moving emails from the sequence can cause issues with sending emails to contacts via the sequence, so it's recommended not to do so. However, you can add a new email to the bottom of the existing emails in the sequence. Is there anything else I can assist you with?
