A lot of ppl complaining about the pilot but ffs if you start to listen and understand what happened, it was not on purpouse he fell off a clif and that's why they did not get it on film you stu**d fu**s😮💨

why was he going so fast? when it comes to drops that big you really just need a steep landing.. your probably not going to land it anyway, better to land with slower forward moment on something steep and deep than to try to carry an ass load of speed/forward momentum to try to power through the deep landing which is pretty much impossible anyway

Just bought a 16m Firefly. At 66 yo I probably wont have the balls to fly that low, that fast near rocks like that but I sure want to try. Wish speedwings were around 40 years ago.

I watched it yesterday in Zurich. This film is a great example how good filmgear and great pictures cannot outperform a good story. Nothing new to be seen. Except repetitive, bad product placement (Tagheuer), athlete quotes from 10-20y ago, super non-creative voice over, bad translation and mistakes in the subtitles. Don‘t get me too wrong, i know the difficulties of filming outdoors in harsh condotions and thierry donard produced some very nice shots, but I definitely laughed my ass of when I heard him saying: thanks to e-bikes „adventure mountainbiking“ is now possible, to get the athletes further in to the mountains an remote places“. Maybe the film is meant for people who don‘t know these sports at all. As an experienced filmmaker and outdoor enthusiast however, the stories are shallow at best and made me shake my head rather than motivate or inspire me.
