There should be multiple audio cables . Make sure you use the correct one. Unplug all audio cable and test each one individually.

Check your connection. There is multiple audio cables, so make sure you don’t double connect them.

Options: 1. Get an additional cable from the same supplier. 2. Get aftermarket camera instead. I went for option 2 as I didn’t like the OEM camera quality
