I have bought this unit just a week back. Our house living room and dining room has a minor surface difference compared to the rest of the bed rooms and kitchen since we re laid the tiles. This unit is unable to climb down with wet mop while it is able to do without wet mop. I have raised a complaint with ECOVACS and its almost a week and no response. Extremely poor service from this company. Please think twice before buying this unit.

@@ajman52 if you don’t attach mopping pad then this works in vacuum mode only. For using wet cleaning you need to attach mopping pad.

Thank you for saving my 60000. I was about to buy a sofa from Home Center but now I will not. Btw I had bought a sofa previously from Home Town and thankfully enough it was of superb quality and lasted me years.
