So sorry about that feeling of having to feel you have to belong somewhere. Canada has so many different nationalities but non more marginalized than the Indigenous Peoples whose roots are entrenched in the Land. I am Plains Cree, I live in Gold Bar because our burial sites of 120+ years ago are now displaced by walking trails. Many chose to come to Canada but, but they are indoctrinated to believe that our peoples are less than... many of our people are Homeless, cannot find work, this is our history as we were Colonized, conquered by a Government that allows people of many Nations to come find freedom of Beliefs and Worship. I do support Immigration but I do not support marginalization which is what we face daily in any fast food, or convenience store run by Newly Arrived Immigrants. We are a displaced Nation.

Looking forward to the great commentary! This's my Black History Month report... In 1939 THE NEGRO PROJECT was started to lower the Black population in America, "eugenics." BLACK WOMEN: 38% of Black pregnancies are terminated, over 50% in NYC. 80% overweight, most in debt/least likely to marry and 78% of children have no Dad. 1854 founded to STOP SLAVERY... Republican Party 1860 founded to KEEP SLAVERY... Democrat Party Northern Republicans won the Civil War against the Southern Democrats. THE NEGRO PROJECT is known today as Planned Parenthood. Your true history's connected to today. Check these facts.

This all sounds nice, but, I have been searching for actual data that shows diversity improving productivity and harmony, etc. I not only have not found it, but diversity seems to create conflicts and distractions that hurt competitiveness and efficiency. Please direct me to a good source of legitimate research on this topic.
