I defy anyone to name a musician who expressed more joy for life and music than Louis Armstrong

America should of hired him to compose and write the national athem . The jazz era was the greatest era in american music . The government failed to utilize this classic musician at the height of his career. We literally could have had national songs with depth and feeling .

This song was written by Edith Piaf and composed by Louiguy. Armstrong's rendition is beautiful. I love Piaf's original version as well. My favorite though is Christin Milioti's rendition from HIMYM
