Yeah, part of the map allows that but in areas of the US, cattle producers use it for bedding usually.

You have your sawmill on distribution mate , needs to be set on store for them to spawn on your farm

i see at 1:00 where ur talking about ur sawmill not spawning pallets, i think it is because you have it set on distributing, try changing that to storing or storage whichever it says, then it should spawn them
